Excellent resistance against
cracking, blistering and flaking. Our
tough finish is resistant to rain and
severe weather and offers excellent
colour retention and protection
against fungal degradation.

Sub-zero application

Our solutions cures at sub-zero
temperatures and are tolerant of
slight surface moisture during
application.

Low odour

Our Metal Wall Cladding
Refurbishment solution is a midsheen, low odour,
emissions compliant coating
providing aesthetically pleasing and
enhanced protection.

Key information

Paint spraying is the most effective and efficient way to cover cladding in a durable and attractive new coating. If you have a large area of wall or roof then painting it with a spray system means you get an even coating with a perfect finish but none of the waste. We are experienced applicators for many of the specialist wall and roof cladding paint systems. We can offer professional advice as to which coating is most appropriate to successfully extend the life of metal surface. Even though Scottish weather is capricious our solutions cures at sub-zero temperatures and are tolerant of slight surface moisture during application.
High durability and excellent resistance against cracking, blistering and flaking is especially important in case of roof protection. Our tough finish is resistant to rain and severe weather and offers excellent colour retention and protection against fungal degradation. Depending on chosen solutions, our polyurethane cladding coating system has an expected service life up to 15 years depending on the exposed environment and shade.

Cladding Cleaning

Even though cladding is designed to be durable it requires periodic cleaning to maintain its appearance and longevity. Professional preparation of the site before implementing coating requires water powerwashing with a flat spray pattern so as not to cause any damage to the surface. Second step is sanding for proper adhesion of paint.

Cladding Painting

Finishes we use are suitable for refurbishing many types of architectural cladding including PVC Plastisols, PVF2, Silicone Polyester, powder coated or GRP sheets and trims, and asbestos cement/fibre cement sheeting. Our coatings has been specifically designed to provide a high performance and attractive finish for the refurbishment, decoration and protection of weathered roof and vertical sheet cladding. Examples of coatings we use:

Girocote® Metal Wall Cladding Refurbishment. Girocote® is a mid-sheen, low odour, emissions compliant coating designed for spray application over existing Plastisol and PVDF (Pvf2) / Polyester coated steel to provide aesthetically pleasing and enhanced protection for the refurbishment and redecoration of profiled metal wall cladding panels. On weathered factory coatings, it can be spray applied in one coat applied in two without the need to prime. Key Benefits:
- Primer-less adhesion to existing Plastisol / PVDF (Pvf2).
- Long term weathering properties.
- Available in small quantities in a wide range of RAL and BS colours.
- Fast application with disruption to internal activities.
- Easy to apply

ViterClad M50 Finish. A high performance two pack polyurethane metallic finish specially designed and tested for the maintenance repainting of architectural cladding.
- Recommended for the maintenance of Corus Colorcoat HP200* (Plastisol) and HPS200* cladding with an expected system lifetime of up to 15 years
- Suitable for PVF2, Silicone Polyester & Polyester Cladding when applied over ViterClad Bonding Coat
- Cures at sub-zero temperatures and is tolerant of slight surface moisture during application

Torclad MCTM Roof and Cladding Finish. Specifically designed to provide a high performance and attractive finish for the refurbishment, decoration and protection of weathered roof and vertical sheet cladding, profiled metal sheet roofs, roof edge trims and cappings and "Mansard" type roof edge cladding systems etc. System futures:
- Quick and easy application
- Attractive semi-gloss finish
- Single pack
- Fast curing formula
- Flexible
- Excellent resistance to weathering
- Cost effective
- Provides long term protection
- Wide colour range available

Cladding Corrosion Treatment

Corrosion commonly starts as edge peel at the cut edges of a metal sheet. It develops through normal weathering mainly at overlaps and eaves and accelerates through capillary water held in the lap. Edge corrosion is a progressive problem and, if neglected, can develop away from the cut edge, destroying the weather-sealed lap joint and gutter overhang. Early detection and effective treatment prevents costly future sheet replacement.
- UV exposure makes paint hard and brittle limiting its ability to expand and contact with the substrate, affecting adhesion & causing it to delaminate.
- Moisture laying on the surface can penetrate a coating causing discolouration, lifting and corrosion on a steel substrate.
- Important pigments added for colour, UV stability etc. are lost through chalking, a natural self-cleaning process where paint literally wears away.

To solve that problem we're using Seamsil® which is the patented low modulus silicone system. Seamsil® provides a strong, flexible external joint that can be installed without disturbing existing fixings and sheets. Its tenacious adhesion is unaffected by UV or weather and temperature extremes. Its built in simplicity makes Seamsil® a cost effective and reliable cure for edge and overlap corrosion problems and since 1993 has been the only system specified by the steel manufacturers for the treatment of cut edge corrosion.

Our Statement

Our mission

Whatever we do, we believe in giving more of ourselves. Because the only way of proving ones true passion and dedication is to care more.We achieve this by continuously expanding our professional knowledge, as well as adjusting our solutions to make our client's professional life better.

Our work technique

Preparation

Before we start spray painting we cover the area with polythene sheeting. We carefully secure all items and surfaces that are not supposed to be painted and needs to be protected. If the workspace is large enough we divide it into separate sections with professional curtains enabling our team to work without hindrance.

Priming and top coating

We use one of the best tools and products on the market to ensure the quality of work. If necessary to reach a higher ground we also use scissor lifts, mobile towers and other. In most cases, once workspace's beed de-masked and surface begins to dry, everything is ready for business the very next morning.

Your benefits

Undisturbed business

Our hours are flexible. We're operating 24/7/365, so operation can take place in most convenient time for you. We can work after your operating hours so area will be ready for the next morning.

Better look

Than brush and roller painting. Spray painting is much more accurate, better quality and can cover hard to reach areas.

Lower bill

When applied in commercial use in most cases spray painting is incomparably more cost effective than traditional painting, which helps you save money for your other purposes.
